Refund Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
1. Overview
Kore Bot offers premium subscriptions billed on a monthly recurring basis through Paddle. This policy explains when and how refunds are available.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:
- You were charged for a subscription renewal and no longer wish to continue.
- A payment was processed incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred.
- You experience a critical issue that prevents the premium features from working and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
3. Refund Window
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge date. Requests made after this period may be denied at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our support server with the following information:
- Your Discord user ID.
- The email associated with your Paddle account (if available).
- The reason for your refund request.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription periods that have already been fully used (i.e., the billing cycle has ended and a new one has not started).
- Free tier accounts — no charges apply, so no refunds are possible.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the active period. If you need a refund, you must submit a separate request following the steps in section 4.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
