1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Kore Bot to a Discord server or using the web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. You represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the authority to bind the server to these terms as its administrator or owner. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and sign out from the panel.

2. Service Description

Kore Bot is a multifunctional Discord bot that provides server administrators with tools for moderation (ban, mute, logs), engagement (levels, welcome, giveaways, bump), and utilities (radio, reminders, forms, announces), all configurable through a centralized web dashboard. The scope of the Service includes the features presented on the Features page, which lists what you receive by using the Service. Features and modules may be added, modified, or removed as the service evolves, always with a minimum of 30 days prior notice for adaptation, except where required by technical, security, or legal reasons. In case of divergence between the Features page and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Kore Bot, you agree to:

• Not use the bot to violate the Discord Terms of Service.
• Not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate APIs, or reverse engineer the bot.
• Not use the bot for harassment, spam, or any illegal activity.
• Not automate interactions with the bot in an abusive manner (e.g., exceeding rate limits or sending excessive commands).
• Not resell, sublicense, or commercialize the bot or its services without written authorization.
• Not use the bot to build competing services or train automated systems based on its functionality.

Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the bot and its services.

4. Availability

We strive to keep Kore Bot stable and available at all times. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary unavailability — whenever possible, advance notice will be provided through our support server.

5. Premium

Premium is applied per user and grants additional benefits while the plan is active. Available features may vary according to the subscribed plan and service version.

• Premium activation depends on binding to an eligible server according to the current offer.
• Access to premium features ceases automatically when the plan expires, is cancelled, or is suspended for abuse.
• Plan pricing and features may change with advance notice. Existing subscribers retain their current plan terms until the next renewal period after the announce.
• Refunds, when applicable, are subject to the Refund Policy.

5.1 Server Linking

• The plan benefits are applied to the servers you link to your subscription. The number of linked servers is limited by your plan.
• Linking a server requires you to be an administrator (or owner) of that server and that the bot is present on it.
• When you link a server, changes to your linked servers (removing, replacing, or re-linking) are locked for a period of 7 (seven) days from the last change. You may still link additional servers up to your plan limit within that period.
• Unlinking a server removes the premium benefits from it; the re-linking lock above still applies.

6. Billing, Cancellation, and Refund

Where applicable, Premium may be offered on a recurring or non-recurring basis, according to the modality informed at the time of purchase and the condition shown in the offer.

• Billing, renewal, and access duration follow the conditions informed when purchasing the plan and in the official offer communication.
• Cancellation prevents future billing, but does not guarantee extension of the already contracted period or benefits that have already expired.
• Refunds, when available, depend on the policy described in the plan offer, official communication, or an exceptional adjustment approved by the team.
• Refunds, payment disputes, and chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension of premium benefits until the case is analyzed, without prejudice to other applicable measures.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kore Bot and its developers are not responsible for:

• Data loss caused by failures in Discord or infrastructure providers.
• Automatic moderation actions performed based on the administrator settings.
• Improper use of the bot by third parties within your server.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or degraded performance during maintenance.
• Changes to the Discord API or platform policies that affect bot functionality.
• False positives or incorrect decisions made by automated moderation.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the bot.
• Loss of data or configuration caused by bot removal exceeding the 30-day retention period.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data, retention, deletion, and other privacy details are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the support server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
